Lucinda began her AIW journey ten years ago on a district-wide learning team. She continued her learning by participating in the AIW Coordinator's Academy, Local Coaches Cohort, Coaches in Residence (Mentor) and AIW Unit Planning. She is a TLC Instructional coach/ AIW Lead Coach in the Humboldt and Twin Rivers school districts while teaching kindergarten and 5/6 vocal music. Lucinda holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Leadership both from Iowa State University.
